Returns Policy

We shall be happy to exchange Replay products, purchased online via within 14 days from the date of purchase (delivery), provided the product is unworn, returned in its original packaging and accompanied by an original receipt as proof of purchase.

How does it all work in practice?

1) Initiate Return

If you have made your purchase online via and your Replay product is defective or you wish to exchange, Contact us. Please remember to share the details of the product (along with pictures) & purchase invoice.

2) Take the products to the Replay store

As soon as you have received advice from the customer care team you can take your product to the Replay store at The Dubai Mall


3) Pack the products to be collected by courier

Pack the product in the original packaging (different packaging can be used, but we strongly encourage recycling where possible) to be collected by our courier.

4) Wait for return confirmation

You'll get an email confirmation when your order has been correctly returned. Any refunds will be processed in 11-15 days.

Please note that while the Products remain in your possession you are responsible for keeping them safe, secure and in good condition.
